So far so good, looking forward to see wear this SUV takes me. I’ve not owned an SUV before but I do like the exterior, my kids have plenty of room and the room in the back is great. Hope to use the pulling package at some point.

I would give this nitro an overall 5 star rating. It is sporty and attracts a lot of looks. For the past 15 years, I have drove nothing but Chrysler products.

I bought mine in 2007. best vehicle i have owned. Till this day have not had a problem with the exception the key remote kept making the alarm go off so had to have it replaced at $300 and 6months after my warranty ran out. OUCH.

Love the looks, wish the interior had more upscale materials (but it doesn’t have any fake woodgrain, happily). Great performance with kick-ass acceleration, good options (back-up warning signal, GPS, Hard-Drive for music storage, lots of storage space upfront (glove box, secondary storage box on the left side of the steering wheel, lots of nooks and crannies in the dash for cellphones, CDs, wallets, etc).
Not sure about the reliability, but had a 2002 Jeep Liberty before this — essentially the same care — and only had 3 repairs in 8 years….
